Do you handle installation?
Yes — we manufacture, install, and complete a neat handover including care instructions.
Where do you operate?
Primarily Gauteng; we can travel for project work across South Africa by arrangement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, EFT and major local payment methods. A deposit is typically required to secure materials and booking; final payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
How long will my project take?
Timelines depend on scope—small repairs can be days, bespoke joinery or renovations range from 1–6 weeks. We provide an estimated schedule with every quote.
Do you offer warranties or guarantees?
We stand behind our workmanship. Standard workmanship warranties apply; specifics depend on the project and materials used and will be included in your quote.
Can you work from my designs or help with design?
Yes. We can build to your supplied drawings or consult on practical adjustments, material choices and finishes to ensure a durable, buildable result.
Do you provide site visits and measurements?
Yes. We can schedule a site visit to take accurate measurements and discuss scope. Site visits may be included or charged depending on location and project size.
What if unexpected issues come up during the project?
We’ll notify you immediately, propose options and any cost/time implications, and only proceed with your approval. We aim for transparent, agreed changes.
